Workspace Login Access Revoked - Non-Compliance with Company Policies.
Your staff workspace login access has been revoked due to non-compliance with company policies. One or more of the following reasons have been identified:
Failure to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other legal guidelines on a daily basis.
Inability to complete assigned daily meetings/tasks within the given deadlines.
Not joining work within commitment days of onboarding, leading to automatic cancellation of your joining.
Failure to meet the company's learning requirements within 15 days of training.
Not submitting call recordings immediately after each call.
Non-submission of Daily/Weekly/Monthly work reports, Non-submission of the daily work report by 6:30 PM before clocking out.
Failure to submit short or long leave/absent requests in advance to hr@hntravelassist.in (Only written communication is accepted).
Being unavailable, unprepared to work, or failing to respond to calls, messages, or emails during duty hours.
Leaving meetings without permission, failing to rejoin, or not participating in work tasks.
Missing clock-in and clock-out messages via WhatsApp to your manager and HN Sir within the required timeline.
Not being available on video calls or other meeting links for training, work status updates, or daily meetings.
Failure to attend meetings or respond to calls/messages, which can lead to permanent termination of the HN Partner ID.
Misuse of company data or other confidential information.
If you believe this decision was made in error or would like to appeal, you may submit a formal access restoration request to HR.
